when asked 'what is it?'- possible response:
'it is exactly what it appears to you'.
problem with this response:
it makes you sound like a wise ass. it's arrogant and stupid.
even though it may be precise.
don't be Too precise with your language.
when asked 'what is it', simply and politely provide the title.
